Hancock, Oluess “Pat”

March 30, 1925 to May 16, 2022.  Beloved father of Nancy Sharby (Robert), John Hancock (Pattie), and Patricia Hancock, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-children. Predeceased by his wife Jeanne Hancock. He was a proud veteran of the U S Army 69th Division and served in Germany during WWII. His greatest joy came from his love of his family and family gatherings.  Visitation will occur at the First Alliance Church 14500 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD at 10:00 am Monday May 23 with funeral service at 11:00.  Interment at George Washington cemetery will follow.   In lieu of flowers please make a donation made to the First Alliance Church, or Transplant Recipients International Organization at trioweb.org.
