Dietlinde Kumpf Reeves

       Dietlinde K (Kumpf) Reeves, age 81, of Potomac, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, 13
November 2022 at Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Maryland. . Born in Bishofsburg, East Germany on
30 September 1941, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Edith Kumpf.

      Dietlinde was a bookkeeper by trade, loved to travel in her earlier years, enjoyed doing crafts
by making blankets for her family and she was an avid foodie. She loved sharing her German heritage
with her family in the meals she prepared (Gulash) and the stories she told. She was extremely
family orientated and cherished being with her children and grandchildren. She loved her seafood,
cheese and German bread! Her happiest times were spent helping her youngest daughter Amanda
raise her two beautiful granddaughters, Faith Yoon who she affectionately called Pumpkin and Lily,
her Sweetheart.

      Survivors include her children Amanda Yoon, husband Tommy; Martina Cote, husband Joseph;
sisters, Ursula and Regina Hollman; grandchildren, Douglas Cote, Stephen Cote, Faith Yoon and Lily
Yoon and one great grandson Khy Cote.

      In lieu of funeral, she wanted to have a private Celebration of Life with her family surrounded
by her favorite foods.
