Ernestina Nora Trevino, born on November 6, 1933, in Laredo, Texas, passed away on December 30, 2025. Ernestina Nora was a long-time resident of Warrenton, Virginia, where she lived for 18 years. She was a respected Cosmetology Instructor until her retirement in 2000. Ernestina Nora is survived by her son, Nectarios Eben Trevino, her daughter-in-law, Diane Acurio, and her son, Eben Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Concepcion Idrogo.

Honoring Ernestina Nora's life, memorial and funeral services were held at St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Cathedral in Washington, D.C. on January 7 and January 8, 2026, respectively. She was laid to rest on January 9, 2026, at Rock Creek Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
