When i came to the Census Bureau for work, Francia was the first face i met. She took me in, showing me around the large complex, bathrooms, where to eat, and also the software we were using. Soon after, she was hired directly with the Census Bureau and moved to another floor, but she always kept in touch and came down to talk once in a while, even ate lunch with our group on some days. She was full of life, funny, and very intelligent. After i left the Census, we kept in touch by Facebook, in which she always had encouraging words when i was going through my worst. Heaven has gained another Angel and she is the perfect fit for the name. She will be deeply missed. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories Francia. Love you!
